The National Bureau of Vehicular Clown Standards is a satirical website. It calculates a joke "certified clown occupancy" for more than a hundred vehicle makes and several hundred real models, styled as a deadpan government assessment form. Nothing on this site reflects real vehicle capacity, safety data, or any actual regulatory standard.
